The Financial District apartments now available from The Claremont Group at 101 Wall Street are part of an impressive office-to-condo conversion that began last year. The renovations of the structure’s Art Deco offices into contemporary luxury condo living spaces are especially notable as they feature the handiwork of renowned Dutch designer Piet Boon.
