World-class restaurants and retailers, like the luxury stores at Brookfield Place, are tangible markers of FiDi’s transformation, but one of the most notable is the construction of the Wall Street condos at 101 Wall, which have changed the area’s reputation from a business district into a desirable residential neighborhood.
